Jiu Jitsu Fest 2009

Bend Oregon, September 4-6, what a great time! It was a long drive, but totally worth it. Seminars were given by Roy Dean, Sheila Bird and Roy Harris. Powerful stuff. And great to meet a lot of other students from all over the States. Awesome socializing, awesome rolling and awesome seminars. There is just so much to learn!
